This very floral and juicy coffee was grown at an altitude of 1900–2200 meters above sea level on the Kayon Mountain Farm, located 510 kilometers south of Addis Ababa. Operated by Ismael Hassen Aredo and his family since 2012. This fresh, locally roasted coffee was harvested between November and January of last year, spent almost a month naturally fermenting and drying before being sent to Florida for us to fresh roast for you here.
